The Space Force Journal (SFJ) provides an independent forum for those who dare to read, think, speak, and write to advance the professional, literary, and scientific understanding of Spacepower and issues critical to American strategic leadership and dominance in space. The SFJ editorial board intends to publish accessible, original, and thought-provoking works from authors who are diverse in experience and expertise but united in their shared desire to freely explore the broad spectrum of space topics that will help shape American and Allies’ thinking about Spacepower across commercial, civil, and national security space sectors. The SFJ enjoys the full benefit of academic freedom and prioritization of content, as that content is agreed upon by the editorial board.
The SFJ is an independent and professional intellectual platform with a philosophy that transcends any political, cultural, social, religious, or professional affiliations. The SFJ editorial board members are encouraged to maintain and foster new affiliations, but only the editorial board retains operational control of SFJ. The Space Force Association provides administrative support to SFJ, and the editorial board welcomes sponsorships from other legally-established organizations.
